Welcome!

We have designed this section for the schools, homestay organizations and agents whose students we meet and greet.  Our hope is to help make the student transportation part of your organization more systematic for your staff and comfortable for the student.   Our service alleviates the concerns you might have about your incoming students' welfare and comfort - there will be someone at the airport to greet the students and professional, well trained drivers to get the students to their destination. 

If you have not used our service before, we recommend that you try us out with one of your students.  Just book on line; we will confirm the date and time of pickup with you by e-mail and invoice you later unless you wish your student to pay for the service personally.

Our greeter will be at the airport at the time of arrival for a Domestic flight and approximately 20 minutes after an Internaitonal flight has landed.   We will wait up to four hours for students in case they run into difficultuies in Immigration/Customs or their flight gets delayed.  When they arrive, we ensure that they have everything they need before leaving the airport (phone card, currency exchange, a snack, etc.) and give them some informational brochures as well as a bottle of water for the trip to their homestay family.  Our drivers know the city well, and will provide the students with a tour of notable locations between the airport and their homestay. We also know the airport well enough to be able to find the student if they become confused and cannot connect with us right away in the Arrivals area. We also keep the host family informed of any delays, and will ensure that the student is taken care of in case of emergency (ie, host family is not home or is not an appropriate homestay environment for the student). We make it our goal to have the student leave the airport as quickly as possible, and do our best to help them feel comfortable in their first hours in Vancouver.  If the student has lost their luggage, we will stop along the way so they  may purchase any toiletries they may need in the meantime.
